RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery 
to request a return, regardless of your location.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags intact

To start a return, contact us at veloxstore24@gmail.com with your order 
number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we provide a prepaid return label 
  at no cost to you.
- All other returns (change of mind, etc.): return shipping costs are the 
  responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or 
incorrect, contact us immediately at veloxstore24@gmail.com with photos so 
we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items and gift cards

Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal regardless of sale status, as described in the EU section below.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or 
return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without 
justification, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This is in addition to our 
standard 30-day return policy.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at 
veloxstore24@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal returns are the responsibility of the 
customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will issue a full 
refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original 
payment method.

Your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original 
packaging and tags intact.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the 
outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your 
original payment method. For EU withdrawal returns, refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
