features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer,
with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). VELOX is powered by
Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

(these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and
responsibilities when you use the Services.

accepted until VELOX confirms acceptance and processes your payment.

to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not
accept or cancel an order, we will notify you by email.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with
our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The
price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed,
as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted
prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our
control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

VELOX's names, logos, and product names are trademarks of VELOX. You must
not use such trademarks without prior written permission.

the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. We provide access to such
tools "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We shall have no
liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

from your purchases and transactions with VELOX.

OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY,
TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE
SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
Note: Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law, including
EU consumer law, are not affected by this disclaimer.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL VELOX, OUR
PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS,
SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS,
LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY
PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Note: This limitation does not affect mandatory rights under applicable
consumer protection law, including EU consumer law.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VELOX, Shopify, and our
affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors,
licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or
claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: (1) your
breach of these Terms of Service; (2) your violation of any law or the
rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful,
void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect
the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these
Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us
and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements
between you and us.

You may not transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights without
our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms
and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana,
Slovenia.
SECTION 23 - EU CONSUMER PROTECTION
Notwithstanding Section 22, if you are a consumer residing in the European
Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence
will apply to your use of the Services and any purchase made through the
store. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under
the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
In particular, EU consumers retain the following rights regardless of any
other provision in these Terms:
- The right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) as set out in our
Return & Refund Policy
- The right to a remedy for non-conforming goods under EU Directive 2019/771
(2-year legal guarantee on all products)
- The right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for resolving

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and
will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms
of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes in
accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services following
any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. You can review the most
