Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed 
or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation 
email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing, 
carrier delays, or customs clearance.

- United States: 5–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–25 business days
- European Union: 10–25 business days
- Norway: 12–25 business days
- Australia: 12–30 business days
- New Zealand: 14–35 business days
- Rest of World: 14–35 business days

Standard shipping: Free on all orders
Express shipping: Not currently available

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days 
of shipment. If you have not received tracking details after 3 business days, 
contact us at veloxstore24@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
VELOX ships internationally from our suppliers. For orders delivered outside 
the European Union (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, 
and Norway), customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged 
upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local 
customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. VELOX has 
no control over customs processes and cannot predict or cover these 
additional costs.

Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect delivery address, 
failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact 
you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the 
customer. If you choose not to re-ship, a refund will be issued for the 
product cost only, minus any return or handling fees incurred.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 
veloxstore24@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
1. Check your tracking link for updates
2. Contact your local post office or customs office
3. Reach out to us at veloxstore24@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier 
disruptions outside our control.
